Background:Cura was born on Ansalon (better known as Dragonlance). His parents both died during the War of the Lance while he was still a mere boy. Shortly after, both him and his brother (Kaylar) left home to make something of themselves. Still very much hurt by their parents untimely death, Cura joined the church to try to ease the pain in the world. Currently, Cura calls kip in Sigil (located in the Planescape Campaign) and is part of a group known as The Guardians.
Personality:Cura is kind and warm. He hates to see innocent people suffer and will risk his life to see that they don't. Cura will always use his healing skills to help anyone who needs it and will never charge a fee. All he asks in return is that people treat him as one of the "good guys". He hates being a suspect and hates being treated like he could be evil. More than that, he hates evil and will not hesitate to kill those he feels are beyond redemption. Cura is fanatical about his loyalty to Mishakal and would defend her to the death. Also, Cura will never lie, ever. He has an incredibly precise memory and he also refuses to wear any armor heavier than chain mail.
How he joined:After a quick episode with some hobgoblins, Cura and his brother(Kaylar) met a man who was running away from something. After helping him, the man(Spiral Hayright) agreed to take them both to his home where he could repay them for their service. He took them through a portal which led to Sigil and paid them and offered them a job. They accepted and went off to follow the Modron march as the job specified. Upon reaching the march, they met Olivar Vunlar(Grandpa) the soon to be leader of The Guardians, Cav, Thalador, and Haley. Grandpa, Cura, Kaylar, Cav, and others would later form the group known as The Guardians.
