There are many creatures sharing the deepest swamps with the Goblins. Some are their creations, but others are merely monstrous versions of animals and insects found elsewhere in Ashkelon. Huge serpents, spiders, bats, and beetles are all known to exist, but the Giant Centipedes are particularly feared. They lurk in the undergrowth and sprint across great distances, springing upon their prey and biting down on them with their venomous mandibles.
