TORTILLA SWEETS

For backpackers who have a sweet-tooth, try this for an easy dessert.

Ingredients

1 tblsp Oil (butter or margarine)
1 pkg. Corn or flour tortillas
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg

At home :

Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a zip-lock bag

At camp :

Heat oil in frying pan at medium heat. Brown one side of the tortilla, then filp it over. Sprinkle sugar and spice mixture across the top of the tortilla. Cover the pan and heat until the tortilla is crisp and sugar crust. And you have 'em. Servers six.
