1-2lbs skinless boneless chicken thighs
1 jar hot cherry peppers
veg oil (or whatever you likecooking with)
4 or 5 garlic cloves chopped up
This can be done on the grill in a disposable tin pan or fried on the stovetop. Pour some oil in the pan brown the
chicken until it is all white on the outside. Chop some hot cherry peppers and leave some whole.
add half the jar of juice and the peppers and garlic. let it cook turning occasionally, adding juice as it runs out, until
it starts to get crispy brown. Takes about 45 minutes on the grill same on stove top.
I like to serve it with fettucini alfredo or some other mild side dish, like potato salad, a loaf of crusty french bread and maybe a salad.
I also really like to make it on the grill because it really stinks up the house
