Boneless chicken breast (however many are needed to feed who's at the table)
thinnly slice or shaved baked ham
swiss or provlone cheese
eggs, bread crumbs and flour
1. Beat eggs with a fork and a little oil.
2. Dip rinsed chicken in flour, then egg mixture and last bread crumbs.
3. arrange in a baking dish
Bake at 350 degree oven. When the chicken is near complete top with ham and cheese.
This is much easier than pounding and stuffing the chicken breast for every day meals.
