Hungry Jack Biscuit Barbecups

1 lb. ground beef

1/2 c. barbecue sauce (I like the honey bbq sauce myself)

1 tbsp minced onion

1-2 tbsp brown sugar

1 can Hungry Jack flaky biscuits

1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 400º. Grease 10 muffin cups. Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in bbq sauce, onion and brown sugar. Cook 1 minute to blend flavors, stirring constantly.

Separate dough into 10 biscuts. Place biscuts in muffin cups, firmly press in bottom and up sides. Spoon 1/4 c. of meat mixture into each biscuit-lined cup. Sprinkle each with cheese.

Bake 10-12 minutes or till edges are golden brown. Cool 1 minute, remove from pan. 1
