Part Two

Buffy started to scream. Willow ran over to see why she was screaming. When she saw Angel's face she knew.

"Buffy, get away from him!" Willow cried.

She grabbed Buffy by the shoulders and tried to pull her back. Buffy couldn't move. It was like she was stuck in that position. She could hear Willow telling her to get away, but her brain wouldn't tell her muscles to let go.

"Buffy, c'mon. You have to let go of him...now!"

Buffy opened her mouth to speak. "Willow! I can't move. I can't take my hands from him!" she cried.

"Buffy, what do you mean you can't move?"

"I can't move. My arms and legs won't cooperate with me. I'm trying. It's like they're stuck to him...like glue. I can't."

Willow stared at the statue. It started to glow again. Angel's face was extremely white, even for him. His eyes had no coloring in them. They just stared out into the openness. Buffy's hands were beginning to get pale. Her face was getting the same expression that Angel's had. Her eyes had no color to them.

"Buffy! Oh My God! What's happening?" Willow screamed.

She ran over to the vanity and got the phone.

"I have to call Giles! He'll know what to do!" Please be there! Please be there!

"Hello, Rupert Giles."

"Giles!" Willow cried.

"Willow! What's wrong?"

"It's Buffy and Angel. Something's happening to them. You have to get over here."

"Willow, calm down. Where are you? What's happening?"

"I'm at Buffy'sÉin her room. Giles hurry, please!" she sobbed.

She looked over where Buffy and Angel were. Buffy was now as white as Angel was. Her body was motionless. The statue gleamed so much that the whole room was covered in its light. It embraced everything it touched...then it happened. Willow screamed, "Buffy! Buffy!" Then she dropped the phone.

"Willow! Willow!" Giles yelled into the phone.

They were gone, both of them. They disappeared into the statue. The statue fell to the floor where Angel was holding it. The lights went out. Willow couldn't believer her eyes. She was so confused and scared that she passed out.

Buffy and Angel fell for miles and miles. They seemed to be falling into a black bottomless pit.

"Angel!" she kept screaming.

He answered her back by screaming her name. They were falling helplessly. There was no light to see how far they had fallen.

"Angel! What's happening? Why can't I see you? Why are we falling?" she cried.

"Buffy! Buffy! Where are you? I can't see you either!" he cried back.

Then they hit bottom and the light came. Buffy had landed over by a tree. Angel fell to the right of her by a river. They lay there...still and soundless. They seemed to be unconscious.

She appeared out of nowhere. She seemed to have this ring of light that surrounded her. It was almost like her shadow. It was a very pale blue luminescence. She floated on a little patch of clouds.

Buffy began to stir. When she picked up her head, she couldn't believe her eyes. She didn't know where she was or what had happened to them.

Something tells me where not in Kansas anymore! "Angel!" she screamed, "Angel!"

Angel could hear her cries, but couldn't open his eyes. He tried to, but he couldn't. He couldn't stand up either.

Buffy saw him lying on the ground by the river.

The strange woman watched her from afar. She hadn't spotted her yet. The woman walked over to where Buffy was lying. Buffy looked up and seen the beautiful woman. She couldn't believe what she was seeing. The light surrounding the woman, hurt Buffy's eyes.

"Who...who are you?" she asked.

"Who am I? I am the mighty Aphrodite."

"Aphrodite...the goddess? From the statue?"

"Yes, that would be correct."

"But how...how could you be here? You're a statue...you're supposed to be dead...aren't you?" Buffy's mind was racing with questions.

"I am not in your world...you are in mine," she smiled.

"I'm what?"

"You are in my world," she repeated.

"In your world? What do you mean? Isn't your world now our world?"

"No. They are two separate dimensions."

"So I'm in the statue then? Oh My God! I'm in the statue!"

"Yes, I guess you could say that," she replied nonchalantly.

"You guess! You guess! Look, you're the one who brought us here!"

"No, I didn't. It was you who brought yourselves here."

"What? How could that be? You're not real, I must be dreaming."

"No, I am real and you're not dreaming. You are in my world now. Where you and your friend, Angel, is it?"

"Yes, Angel."

"Are free to love each other. You see this reality is not the same as it is on earth. There are no demons here. No monsters, no Hell, no vampires."

"But, Angel is a vampire. How is he here then?"

"Don't worry about that."

"Why isn't he awake yet? Why isn't he moving?" she cried.

"He is not like you. Your bodies are different. He will awaken very soon."

Then she was gone. She vanished into thin air. Buffy ran over to where Angel was and sat beside him. She sat there for hours and hours. It never got dark. There was no concept of time. Her watch stopped, then it happened...

It seemed like an eternity had past and for all Buffy knew, one could have. She sat by Angel's side waiting for him to wake up. He was still pale, but not as much as he had been. Buffy looked down at her own hands. The color had returned to them. She picked up Angel's hands and placed them in her own. She was scared. She didn't know where she was, except inside the statue. They were the only ones there. She was basically all alone; Angel was still unconscious and Aphrodite had disappeared faster than she had appeared.

"Angel, come on Honey, you have to wake up!" she pleaded. "I need you to wake up!"

She started to cry. A teardrop landed on Angel's hand. Almost instantly, his pale skin faded and was replaced by a natural peach color. The rest of him changed also. Buffy hadn't realized it because her eyes were closed and her head was down. Angel's cheeks became rosy, his body became warm, and his heart began to beat again.

Angel could hear Buffy. He felt every single change his body went through. When he opened his eyes, she was still crying. He was bursting with excitement. "Buffy!"

"Angel! Oh My God, you're awake! I'm so happy!"

"Where are we? What's happened?"

"Um...we got sucked into the statue."

"We got what?"

"Sucked into the statue. When I came back up with Willow, you were like frozen and couldn't move. Your body was totally white and your eyes had no color. I went over to get your attention and when I touched your hands, I got stuck. The next thing I know, we're free-falling in total darkness."

"I remember that part. I couldn't see you, but I could hear you call out."

"Me either."

"Buffy...don't you see it?"

"See what?" she asked looking all around.

"Look at me."

"I am looking at you!"

"No. Really look at me!" he smiled.

"What? I don't..."

She sat there speechless. She threw herself at Angel and they both flew backwards. They kissed some and then she stopped.

"What's wrong? Why'd you stop?"

"Angel...you're warm!" She placed her hand on his chest. She could feel his heart beating beneath her hand. "Angel! Oh My God! Your heart...it's beating!" she cried, tears rolling down her face.

"Yes, I know. I felt all the changes!" he smiled.

"I can't believe this! I wished for this...for you and for us!"

"I've wished it also. I wished for it last night."

"Really, me too," she smiled. "Let's go and look around. This place is absolutely beautiful. The sun is so bright and warm."

"Yes. Yes it sure is!" he smiled and took her hand in his.

Giles grabbed his glasses and coat and ran out to his car. He didn't know what to expect. Willow had been so vague. She started screaming and then the phone went dead. Would she have? Could they? No, she wouldn't! He wouldn't have!

Giles feared the worse...Angelus was back. He didn't want to believe that. He didn't know what to believe. He didn't know what to do. He wasn't sure if Angelus was back or not. Willow did say Angel and not Angelus...that has to be good.

Giles turned onto Buffy's street. It was still pretty light outside. He pulled into the driveway and ran into the house. "Willow! Willow! Where are you?" Giles yelled.

He made his way upstairs and ran into Buffy's room. Willow was lying on the floor, unconscious. Buffy and Angel were nowhere in sight. Giles ran over to Willow. "Willow...willow!" Giles yelled. "Wake up!"

Willow began to stir. "Giles...where's Buffy?"

"Willow, what happened?"

Willow started to cry. "Giles, one minute they were here and the next, they were gone!"

"Gone. What do you mean gone? Where'd they go?"

"Angel was holding the statue he got Buffy in Greece. Buffy said it started to glow. When we got back upstairs, I was downstairs; Angel was still holding the statue. Giles, he was extremely pale, even for him. His eyes were colorless. Buffy kept yelling at him to answer her, but he wouldn't answer her and he didn't move either. So, she went over to him and put her hands on his face. They wouldn't come off. The statue started glowing again and..."

"Statue? What statue are you talking about?"

"That one." She pointed to the statue lying in the floor. "I tried to pull her away from him, but it didn't work. They got sucked into the statue and then I must've passed out."

Giles picked up the statue and examined it thoroughly. "I don't understand how this happened."

"Giles...are we ever going to see them again?" Willow cried.

"I...I don't know."

Buffy and Angel walked through what seemed to be an island of some sorts. There were meadows, fields, tropical forests, waterfalls, and rivers. There were animals, but no people. They were the only ones. Buffy thought it was kind of romantic. She was never able to walk in the sunlight with Angel before.

"Buffy, do you know who brought us here?" Angel asked.

"It was Aphrodite."

"Aphrodite? The Goddess?"

"Yes. She said that it wasn't her, that it was us that brought us here."

"I don't see how that's possible." "It's very possible," Aphrodite said.

Angel and Buffy both jumped back. She came out of nowhere. Just as she disappeared before Buffy earlier.

"Why are we here?" Angel asked.

"You don't like your paradise?" she asked.

"No, it's beautiful, but why did you bring us here?"

"As I told Buffy, it was not me who brought you here...it was yourselves. I just helped a little," she smiled.

"How could that be?"

"It was your wishes. They made it happen. It was you."

"Our wishes?" Buffy asked.

"Yes," replied Aphrodite.

"Buffy...what did you wish for?"

"What did you wish for?"

"I wished that we could have one night where us making love wouldn't bring out the demon in me. I wished that I was human again to take you out into the sunlight...I just wished."

"I wished for basically the same thing. All the things that we can't do, I wished for."

"Did you make a wish before the statue started glowing?"

"Yes, did you?"

"Yes."

"As you see, you're wishes brought you here," Aphrodite stated again.

"Where exactly is here?" Angel asked.

"You're in Olympus," she replied.

"As in ancient times Olympus?" Angel asked.

"Yes."

"But how?" Buffy asked.

"When you both wished at the same time, the statue of me glowed, correct?"

"Yes," Buffy replied.

"Okay. Because your love for each other is so pure, deep, and true, I granted your wishes."

"So, I'm a man again?" Angel asked.

"Yes. That statue was a gift to you. I left it on strict orders that it be given to Angel. The shop owner had been taught to give it only to you. It's been in his family for centuries, ever since our worlds separated."

"How...why did you want Angel to have it?"

"There was a prophecy foretold at the oracle at Delphi. I can't remember all of it, but I'll tell you what I do remember."

"Okay, please tell us," Angel said.

"The oracle foretold, there would be a young man. A man that would never age past his twenties. A man with an angelic face and a man with a demonic face."

"That could've been any vampire."

"A man with an angelic face from the land of Ire. A man whose name was that which described his face."

Buffy looked at Angel. They were both speechless.

"It foretold of a young girl. A girl whose shoulders would carry the weight of the world on them. The Chosen One in the entire world. They would fall in love and almost bring Hades to Earth."

They looked at each other again, still speechless.

"Theirs would be a love that I would be proud of. So pure, innocent and deep. A love that would stand the test of time and evil...even his own."

They couldn't believe what they were hearing. Aphrodite told them exactly what their lives had been like.

"How'd you know all that?" Buffy asked.

"Like I explained, it was an ancient prophecy. You should know about them."

"Oh. Yeah, I guess I do."

"How did that man know I would be in Greece." Angel asked.

"It was also foretold, at the end of a century He would come."

"So every century they would wait for me to come?"

"Yes."

"Oh, so why do I have a heartbeat? You do know that I am a vampire?"

"Yes, I know. In my world you are not a demon...but a man," she smiled.

Buffy's eyes lit up immediately and she smiled. She looked over at Angel, who was speechless. "Angel...do you know what this means?"

He didn't answer her.

"Angel...we're free to love each other...fully. Our dreams can come true!" she cried.

"Buffy...I know," he said dryly and emotionless.

"They why aren't you happy about it? This is what we've always wanted...or at least I did!"

"Don't you think that I don't know that! I've wanted it since the first day I laid my eyes on you!" Angel cried.

Aphrodite watched them from afar. They hadn't realized she had floated away. She watched them make up. They will get all they've ever wanted! She smiled and then disappeared.

Giles and Willow pulled into the school parking lot. Willow was sitting silently in the passenger seat, holding the statue. They were meeting Xander, Oz and Cordelia in the library. Giles looked over at Willow. She hadn't said a word since they left Buffy's house.

Oz's van was already parked in the parking lot. Cordelia and Xander pulled in after Giles did. Xander got out of the car and ran over to Giles' car.

"Giles! What happened?" Xander asked.

"Xander, help Willow out of the car and into the library."

"Ok, but what happened?" he asked as he walked over to the passenger side.

"Giles, this had better have been important," Cordelia whined, "I was in the middle of a manicure and pedicure."

Giles looked at her and then started walking towards the school doors.

"Giles, what's going on?" she asked.

"I'll explain everything once we are all inside," he replied.

Oz heard them coming and ran out into the hallway. When he saw that Xander was holding Willow up, he immediately ran over to her. "Willow, what's wrong?"

She didn't answer him.

"Will!" Oz looked over at Xander. He simple shrugged his shoulders. "Giles, what's wrong with Willow?"

"She's still in shock."

"From what?"

"C'mon, Giles, we're all here," Cordy stated.

"Inside," Giles said.

"Where'd she go?" Buffy asked.

"I don't know," Angel replied looking around.

"I hate it when she does that. She just appears and disappears whenever she feels like it."

"You know what?"

"Hmm?"

"I'm hungry," he smiled.

"You're hungry? Wow, I didn't ever think I'd hear that come out of your mouth!" she laughed.

"Yeah, me either."

"I'm hungry too. I wish we had some food."

"It would be really nice to take you out for a romantic dinner for two. With candlelight, soft music, and champagne and of course, all the finest foods. A night that belonged just to us. I would love to show off the prettiest girl in the world."

"Angel, that would be so great! I wish we could, but..."

The sun began to set. It stopped just above the horizon. The sky was lit up with purple and pink rays that stretched across the horizon. It was the most beautiful thing Buffy had ever seen.

"Angel, look at the sunset. It's absolutely beautiful!" she exclaimed.

"Yes, it is...but not as beautiful as you are!" he smiled.

Out of nowhere, a table appeared. It was covered with a white, silk tablecloth. On the table, sat two gold candleholders. Each one containing four candles. Beside the table was a bucket of ice with a bottle of wine. Also on the table, sat two dinners and two glasses.

"Buffy...turn around," Angel said.

"Where did that come from?"

"Who do you think?"

"Aphrodite. It's too bad that our clothes aren't as beautiful," she sighed, "then everything would be perfect."

They walked into the library and sat down at the table. Giles took the statue from Willow and placed it in the middle. Oz held Willow in his arms. The three of them stared at the statue.

"Giles, the suspense is killing me! What the hell happened? Why do you have this statue?" Xander asked.

"Are those real diamonds and gems?" Cordy asked amazed.

"Yes, they are real," Willow replied softly.

Cordelia reached out to touch it.

"Don't touch it!" Giles cried out.

"Why?"

Giles explained to them what Willow had told him earlier. They all sat there in disbelief.

"How could they be in the statue?" Cordelia asked.

"I don't know, that's what we have to find out," Giles said.

"Giles what's the deal with the lady?" Xander asked.

"It's the goddess Aphrodite. She was the Greek Goddess of Love."

"Goddess?" Xander asked amused.

"Yes." Giles got up and grabbed a book from one of the shelves. "Back in ancient times, the Greeks believe in polytheism...more than one god. There were several of them. Each one had his or her own special powers and gifts. They had a sun god, a war god and goddess, sea god, and Aphrodite. Her job was to make love and inspire others to do the same."

"So...Buffy and Dead-boy had sex again?" Xander asked.

"No, they didn't!" Willow said.

"Xander! That is none of your business!" Cordy scolded.

"What were you saying Giles?" oz asked.

"As I was saying, she is the Goddess of Love. They were believed to be responsible for everything good and bad that happened to man-kind."

He continued to tell them about the myths and legends of the gods.

"Giles, that still doesn't tell us whey they got sucked into the statue," Xander said.

"That's why we're here, to do some research. Willow...do you feel up to searching that blasted machine over there?"

"Yeah...sure."

"Let's get to work then," Oz stated.

Buffy and Angel were lifted up into the air. A magical cloud of sparkles surrounded them. They were spun around and then floated back down to the ground.

"Buffy you...you look amazing and so beautiful! You are really taking my breath away!" Angel exclaimed.

Buffy looked down at herself and couldn't believe it. Her dress was extremely beautiful and elegant. She was wearing a long white gown, which sparkled in the moonlight. There was a diamond necklace around her neck and she wore a matching bracelet and earrings also. Her was hair was done in perfect spiral ringlets and a diamond tiara rested in her hair along with blue baby's breath.

"Thank you," she said, "you don't look too bad yourself!"

Angel was wearing a black, silk suit and jacket. Underneath was a white silk shirt. A white rose was in his jacket pocket.

He walked over and looped his arm through hers. "Our dinner awaits, my beautiful Princess!" he smiled.

"Thank you, my handsome Prince!" she smiled back.

They walked over to the table and sat down.

"Buffy...I've never seen you look more beautiful. You really are taking my breath away and making my heart skip a beat."

"Angel, that was so sweet. I can't believe this. This place is so magical. I could stay here forever with you!"

"And I with you, My Love!"

He reached for her hands and brought them up to his lips. His kisses were so soft and gentle. "I love you!"

"I love you, too!"

Angel poured the wine and they made a toast. "To us!" Angel said.

"To us...and our future together!" Buffy added.

An orchestra appeared behind them and started playing. They ate their dinner and drank all the wine. Angel walked around and faced Buffy.

"May I have this dance, Malady?" he asked in a proper English tone.

"Why yes, kind Sir you may!" she laughed and took his hand.

They danced under the moonlight, way into the night. Buffy had her arms wrapped around his neck and her head rested on his chest. Angel's hands were around her waist. They swayed as if they were one. Their bodies were in sync with each other.

Aphrodite appeared again and the table and the orchestra disappeared. There was still music playing while they danced. They were unaware of her presence and what she was doing.

A cottage appeared over by the waterfalls. Aphrodite sprinkled some gold dust and they were lifted into the air and floated into the cottage.

"Sweet dreams!" she said as she disappeared.

Buffy and Angel were still oblivious to everything, but themselves. Angel stepped back and held her at arms length. He looked up and down at her. "You really do look beautiful tonight!"

She blushed. "You're the only one I would look this beautiful for!" she smiled.

He took her face in his hands and lowered his head to hers. She smiled and they started to kiss. Their kisses got more and more passionate. Angel brought his lips down to her neck. She tilted her head back as he kissed her. He brought his lips down to the nape of her neck.

She loved the way his lips felt and yet they seemed different and all new to her. They were ecstasy. The warmth of his lips and his breath sent chills up her spine. She welcomed them, she needed them.

"Angel...we're...in...a...house," she said as he continued to kiss her.

"I...know. Can...you...see...where the...bedroom is?" he asked in-between his kisses.

"Uh-huh!" she sighed. "It's to...your left."

They turned around and Angel led her into the bedroom. After they shut the door, Angel continued to kiss her. She picked of his face and ran his hands through his hair. He picked her up so they were eye level with each other. He held onto her with his powerful arms. She kissed him on the lips and then his neck.

Angel slid her out of his arms and took off his jacket. They continued to kiss. She unbuttoned his shirt, one by one. Each time she unbuttoned one, she would kiss his chest. As she did that, he slowly unzipped the back of her dress.

"Angel...I...love you! She said as she kissed him.

"I...love you...too!"

Angel kissed her neck and shoulders as he slid her straps off them. He continued to kiss her arms all the way down to her fingertips.

"Buffy...are you...sure?" he asked, out of breath.

"Yes! I've never...been more...sure about...anything in my life."

"Me...either!"

He picked her up into his arms, kissing her; he walked over towards the bed. She finished taking his shirt off and rubbed her hands on his chest. He sat her on the bed and she unbuttoned his pants. After she was done, Angel laid her on the bed and kissed her neck once again and he continued to do so down to her stomach. It sent bolts of electricity through her entire body.

"I want...you...so much!" he said.

"Uh-huh... me too!"

Buffy pulled Angel closer. She lifted his head from her chest and looked into his eyes.

"I've never loved you more...than right now!" she cried. "I love you!"

Angel smiled and they started kissing again. She loved the way his warm body felt against hers.

"Buffy...you've made me so happy! I love you...with all my heart and soul!"

They had found nothing about the statue. There was no record of it whatsoever. Will and Giles were in his office.

"Giles, what are we going to do? There's nothing in your books or on the computer about the statue," Willow cried.

"We'll keep looking then. I won't rest until they are back," he told her.

"I can't loose her, Giles. She's my best friend. We were supposed to graduate together, go to college together and be roommates. We were supposed to be in each other's weddings." She broke down into tears.

Giles walked over and put his arms around her. "We'll get her back, don't worry. I don't want to loose her either. She's like a daughter to me."

"I know she is. We have to find a way to get them out!"

"We will, I promise you."

Giles got up and walked Willow out of his office. It was pretty late so he told them to go home and get some sleep and they would start again in the morning.

When Buffy woke up, the sun hadn't come up yet. She looked over at Angel; he was still sleeping. She was so relieve that he was still there. She laid in bed and watched his chest rise and fall. His breathing was so deep and mellow. She moved closer to him and laid her head on his chest. She loved to hear his breath and fell his heart beating. She fell back asleep, dreaming of what their life together would be like.

When Angel awoke, Buffy was lying on his chest. He stroked her hair and kissed her head. "Buffy...Buffy," he whispered in her ear. "Sleepy-head, wake up. Buffy...Sweetheart..."

She started to stir. "Hmm."

"Wake up!" he smiled.

"Why?"

"Because it's a beautiful morning and I want to spend every moment with you outside."

"We will, in a few minutes..."

She sat up and turned over on her side. She started to kiss his chest and then she looked up with her eyes only and smiled. Angel pulled the covers over their heads and rolled her over.

They laid in bed for awhile and then Buffy got out of bed. She looked around the bedroom. There were two white robes hanging on the door. There were two dressers, a vanity, and a closet. She opened one of the drawers and found out that they it contained clothes. She walked over to the closet and looked inside, it too contained clothes.

"I'm gonna go take a shower."

"Can I join you?" he asked devilishly.

She smiled and gestured with her hand for him to join her. Angel got out of bed and followed her into the bathroom. There was a huge, marble bathtub and a shower and one window. From the window, they could see the waterfalls. Buffy opened the window and breathed in the fresh air.

"It's so beautiful here." She looked over at him. "I don't' ever want to leave."

"Me either." He walked up behind her and wrapped his arms around her.

They spent every night and every morning exactly as they had their first night on the island. Two years had past and they were still there. Aphrodite appeared occasionally to provide them with anything that they needed or wanted.

They hadn't really thought about how long they had been there. They were so in love and they had everything they needed there. Then one day, it all hit Buffy...

"Angel, how long have we been here?"

"I don't know. Why?"

"I wonder if time passes the same here as it does back home."

"I don't know. We've probably been here for a year."

"A year! Oh My God! My mother must be worried sick and what about Giles and the gang?"

"Buffy, calm down."

"Angel, I can't. I have to know if they are okay or even alive."

Aphrodite appeared and answered her questions.

"You've been here for two years."

"Does time exist here like it does on Earth?" Buffy asked. "Are my friends okay...are they still alive?"

"Yes."

"Yes...what?"

"What year is it in Sunnydale?" Angel asked.

"Yes, your friends are alive. No, time is much different here. It is 1999 there."

"And here?"

"2001."

"How long have we been gone in earth time?" Buffy asked.

"Two months."

"Two months!" Buffy exclaimed.

"That's all!" Angel stated.

"That's all. How can you say that? Do you know what could've happened in two months? They could've been killed!" she cried.

"Like I said, you're friends are fine." Then she disappeared.

"Buffy...I'm sorry. I didn't mean for it to come out that way."

"No, I'm the one who should be sorry," she cried.

Angel took her in his arms and consoled her. "You know, this wasn't how I wanted to spend today."

"What are you talking about?" she asked as she wiped the tears from her face.

"Well, I had something special planned."

"And I ruined it!" she began to sob.

"Buffy, no. You could never ruin anything," he said sympathetically.

"What did you have planned?"

He took her hand in his and they walked over to the marble bench by the falls. He sat her down on the bench and he remained standing. She started to stand with him, but he wouldn't let her.

"No stay seated."

"Okay."

"Buffy, this is something that I've wanted my whole entire life. I wanted it since the first time we kissed."

He got down on one knee and pulled out a blue velvet box from his pocket.

Oh My God! Oh My God! He's gonna propose! Remain calm!

Buffy started to cry.

"Why are you crying? I haven't even started yet," he smiled.

"I don't know!" she sobbed. He wiped the tears from her face.

"Buffy, like I said, I've wanted you from the moment I saw you. I was drawn to you like a magnet is to metal. Not because you were the Slayer and I was to help you. It was a force that kept pulling me towards you, even when you said you never wanted to see me again. It only got stronger after I kissed you. After we started spending more and more time together...even though most of the time it wasn't on pleasant occasions, it didn't matter. I couldn't bare to be without you for a second."

"Angel!" she sobbed.

"Let me finish, please."

She nodded her head and he continued.

On to Part Three 1
