Other Characters of Akazukin Cha Cha!

Without these equally crazy characters, the bubbly adventures of Cha Cha, Leeja (Riiya), and Shiné (Shiine) will not be both complete and exciting. Please, be reminded that these characters mentioned here are arranged in order of appearance.

Sogus

He is Daimaru's (Daimou) bumbling servant. He always is. But when he found out the fact of Daimaru's conquest, he betrayed him by defecting to the side of our heroes. His last appearance was at episode 25. Since then, he only appeared in episodes 56 (he was offered to rejoin but rejected) and 74 (he was the priest in Dorothy and Sarabee's (Seravy) wedding).

Muscle Grandpa

First thought as the "Muscle Blizzard," this is the title given to Leeja's grandfather. He was a giant 20 feet high (I think!). He was old for his age (because of his white hair), but he was still strong. That's why Leeja was proud of him.

Principal Olala/Orara

She was the principal of the School of Magic. She has an always-smiling face. She was too old at her age, but still cheerful.

[Teacher] Rascal

He was our heroes' teacher at the School of Magic. He looks like an incompitent teacher, Leeja's grandfather commented. He also has a whip in his hand, which he used to make everybody scared of his whip antics. But looks can be deceiving! He was a very good teacher. He taught our heroes very well. He even was responsible for all of his students. The only thing to watch out was his whip antics. He can use his whip any time.

George and his sister

He was a water creature who actually loved Maureen (Marin) from all his heart. But unfortunately, she settled for handsome boys, not those like him. But he still loves her. When his sister found out that Maureen rejected him, she tried to convince her to accept him. But she, too, failed. But hope was not lost when Maureen (on episode 72) let her accept his flowers, although it was too big for her. In other times he would defend Maureen even she did not asked for help.

[Teacher] Oyuki

I call her the Snow Lady. She was supposed to be Rascal's replacement when he was involved in an accident. But whenever you meet her, better prepare a fur coat, a pair of mittens, ski glasses, and a pair of snowshoes, because whenever she gets nervous, she generates a snowstorm.

Suzu's grandfather

He may have a back problem, but he was still a ninja with all the fast moves.

Haizu and Yôda (Youda)

Two of Daimaru's bumbling servants. They first became Sogus's servants on episode 23, but they betrayed him. They became Daimaru's servants to really watch on Cha Cha. Another thing; they can change into any disguise they want. Since the time Daimaru was finally destroyed, their only reappearance was on episode 56.

Axes

Shiné's father. Since he appeared on episode 24, he was called the Black Knight. But when Cha Cha helped Shiné cure him of the spell cast on him by Daimaru, he was stripped of that title. He became the White Knight on episodes 52 and 55.

Chikee (P-bird, as transliteration of the Japanese word)

This little, pink, spherical bird was actually the Phoenix, which turned into the Phoenix Sword, one of Princess Joan's (Hullyup) weapons. After the Evil Minion cave was sealed, it became itself again and became a pet of Principal Olala.

[Teacher] Bara-Bara Man

He was another one of Cha Cha's teachers. He first appeared on the episode on the Garden of Roses. But what is fantastic about him was whenever he got excited, when would bear roses and thorns on his body, which everybody feared whenever he liked to hug. This is the reason why those around him tried to convince him not to! (By the way, bara is rose in Japanese. This the reason why [Teacher] Bara-Bara not only loves roses, but also actually bears them!)

Blacksmith (not his real name)

The cowardly person who helped Cha Cha, Leeja, and Shiné find the Bird Shield.

Oscar

One of Cha Cha's classmates. He was a giant boy, thus the largest in the class. He has a height of an adult, thus he was rather big. But he was friendly to everybody. He even befriended the mosquito that carried a disease that infected everyone except Cha Cha.
