Murder So Divine-8

Brenda had changed to go bicycling and was waiting in the living room when Jax walked out of his closet wearing a sleeveless top and spandex bicycle shorts. (Refer to the Month of July for proper illustration) As Brenda looked at those long muscular legs partially wrapped in spandex she couldn’t help wondering whether or not speedo removal techniques would be effective on that outfit.
When Jax saw that look on her face he smiled, shook his head and asked “And now who is incorrigible?”
“Is that a complaint about me admiring and lusting after the form and attributes of my sexy husband?”
“Never.”
The bicycle trip had to wait until the next day because after they both practiced several methods of spandex removal they didn’t have enough energy left.

Jerry was encouraged, Alexis had called and invited him to the hotel bar saying they had to talk. When he arrived she was already at a table in the corner, he ordered a drink and went to join her.
He sat down and said “Hi gorgeous.”
“Jerry, I’m going to get directly to the point. I need the truth from you and I’m not sure that I can really trust you.”
“Alexis, I may not always be able to tell you the truth, but I swear to you on my mother’s life that I will never lie to you.”
“Why are you actually here in Port Charles?”
“To pursue you.” he said with a smile.
“No, I’m serious.”
“So am I and I always get what I go after.”
“Is this some type of wager or game that you’re playing?”
“An intelligent perspective cynic, I’m not going to be able to get away with much with you. Roger said that you should be the subject of one of our wagers, but I refused.”
“Why?”
“Because you are the first woman that I have met that I would prefer having over winning the bet.”
“What do you want or expect from me?”
“Everything and nothing.”
“Jerry, this doesn’t make any sense I’m not your type and you’re certainly not mine.”
“Did you ever think that maybe we’ve just picked the wrong types until now?”
“No, this attraction just doesn’t make sense. We have nothing but business in common.”
“I know you better than you think I do.”
“Oh really?”
“I bet I could take you on the perfect date.”
“Jerry, your idea of the perfect date would be to take two or three women to bed for the weekend.”
The laughter exploded out of him as he said “Been there, done that and three were too many for me even in my wild days. But you’re going to have to be more insightful then that.”
“Oh, so now you don’t think I could come up with the perfect date for you? What’s the bet?” she asked.
“Our future.”
“And who will decide the winner?”
“You. It’s up to you anyway, I’m here until I have you or you convince me to give up and go away.”
“All right, I’ll go first. I’ll come by and pick you up tomorrow at noon.”

Sonny was in his penthouse trying to drink himself into oblivion. He was getting close as he was interrupted by someone knocking on his door. It was Miranda, when he opened the door she just walked in, looked around and walked to the bar.
“What are you doing here?”
She poured herself a drink and one for him, handed it to him and said “Cheers.”
“Miranda, I’m not in the mood for any of your games.”
“You don't even know what I’m offering.” She drained her drink and nodded at him.
“It wouldn’t matter.” Sonny replied as he finished the drink she had given him.
“Are you sure? she asked as she removed her clothes.
“Miranda, I don’t even like you.” said Sonny as he began to get dizzy.
“What does that have to do with sex?” she asked as she came forward pulling his shirt open.
The rougher he got trying to get her away from him the more excited she became and continued to remove his clothing.
“You are one sick lady.” he said as his body responded to what his mind found revolting.
When Sonny woke up the next morning he had a splitting headache. He was alone so he hoped that Miranda’s visit had just been a bad dream. As he saw his clothes tossed around the room he had to accept the ugly reality. He checked his penthouse and noticed that someone had expertly searched through his belongings, but he couldn’t identify anything as missing.
