Flight Of Destiny

Jerry woke Ally up at 9:30. He didn't want to touch her left arm or shoulder so he ended up poking her side until she groaned and rolled onto her back. Jerry had a great view of her breasts.

"Hmm, thanks for the view Al."

She pulled the blankets up a few inches and smiled sleepily."Why are you waking me up? Where's Jax?"

"You've got to come downstairs and see Jax and V. Have any film left in your camera?"

"Yeah it's on the dresser. Grab Jax's robe on the chair and hold it open for me then close your eyes."

"Ah come on Al."He pleaded.

"Sorry Jer you got one free view you're not getting two. Now close your eyes."

She worked her way out of bed and into the robe. She held it closed with her right hand and Jerry tied it for her. They went downstairs and stopped at the entrance to the family room.

Two mugs and two empty Bailey's bottles were sitting on the coffee table. Jax was lying on the couch dead to the world in his silk boxers. V was wrapped in his arms with her little baby doll set on still hugging another empty bottle of Bailey's.

"And Jax has the nerve to say V and I are a dangerous pair around alcohol. From the looks of it he has her more wasted than I did. Let's give them till noon then the stereo is going on full blast."

"You're truly evil Al, I love the way you think."Jerry laughed.

Jax shifted in his sleep and his hand went under V's baby doll top.

"I'm killing him now."Jerry growled.

"Relax Jer, his hand isn't where you think it is. It's under her breasts. I know because his hand always ends up there with me. Just take the picture so we can torment them forever."

Jerry took a few pictures and pulled the bottle out of V's hand. She turned and wrapped her arms around Jax. Jerry wasn't very happy but Ally thought it was cute and took a picture.

"Hungry Al? I'll make you breakfast. What do you want?"

"Scrambled eggs and toast would be great. Where are your parents?"

"Still asleep I guess. I'll make a lot of eggs so they can have some when they get up."

Ally sat at the table and watched Jerry make breakfast. He poured her some juice and told her to take her pills.

"I'm impressed Jer, I didn't think you knew how to cook."

"Lady Jane said a woman would never want us if we were useless in the kitchen. So she taught us how to cook, do a running stitch and sew a button back on."

"Wow I can't even put a button back on. I despised sewing in school and got my friends to do everything for me."

"Wimp. How's the shoulder today?"

"A lot better thanks. It still hurts when I move my arm but it isn't excruciating anymore."

"So you bit Jaxy's head off in the bathtub I hear."

"Yeah, I was actually defending you and those pills made me flip out on him."

"My great protectress is and Alley Cat. Who would have thunk it"Jerry laughed.

"Thunk Jer? What school did you go to?"She asked in mock horror.

"Excuse me Miss McComb, I meant thought."He laughed.

"That's better Jerry, you get a gold star."She teased.

"So what do you think they were talking about?"

"Us?"

"What about us?"

"I don't know Jer I was asleep. Why? Did you tell V a deep dark secret or does Jax have something on you?"She asked in amusement.

"No I'm just curious that's all."

"Who knows, they probably just talked about stuff. Jax told me that V use to come over to the penthouse most Friday's after work and they'd have dinner, play games, talk or watch a movie.

V would drag him out to see movies or go to a club every so often. They haven't done any of that since I entered the picture and I think they missed that time together. So I guess they took advantage of the situation while they could. I think I should lend Jax to V at least once a month."

"I'm not so sure I like the sound of that. Did you know that Jax was seriously thinking of dating V during the summer? He asked me if I thought it would wreck their friendship if he made a move."

"No I didn't know that. Jer, they're just really good friends. You know like us but they share a history. Stop being paranoid, V chose you and Jax is marrying me. I think it's obvious where their hearts are."

"I guess you're right."

"Of course I'm right, I'm always right."Ally said sweetly.

"Geez Al, your modesty kills me."

"Hey I'm getting hungry hurry up."

Jerry finished the eggs and filled their plates. He sat down across from her and stretched his legs out resting them on her knees.

"Comfy Jer?"

"Very comfy, thanks for asking. You have beautiful hair Al, you should leave it down more often. Why do you always have it in a ponytail or a clip?"

"Thanks Jer. It gets on my nerves at work so I always keep it up and Jax loves ponytails. When he wants it down, he takes it down. He loves playing with my hair. I swear he's got a neck and hair fetish. He's constantly kissing my neck and playing with my hair."

"And you don't like it?"

"No, I love it actually and Jax is really good at french braiding."

"My brother braids you hair?"

"Umm hmm. I normally use his chest as my pillow so I often wake up in the morning and It's braided."

"He is such a strange boy."Jerry laughed.

"You're strange Jer. Having your hair played with is incredibly sensuous. You should try it on V"

"Really?"

"Really! Sit in front of me and I'll show you. Now tell me this doesn't feel incredible."

Jerry did as he was asked wondering what Ally was up to. She started running her hands through his hair stopping to play with the baby hairs at the back of his neck.

"Umm Al, don't stop."

Ally laughed and continued to play with his hair for a little longer.

"I said don't stop Al."

"Sorry Jer but my toast is getting cold and only Jax gets the extended service."

"You're mean."Jerry whined.

"Yes I am but I think I made my point."

"Oh yeah, I take my Jax is strange comment back. Mind if I practice my technique on you?"

"Not in the least but first you have to answer a question for me."

"Sure shoot."

"Well from all accounts describing you as a womanizer is putting it mildly Jer. How the heck did you attract all those women without the simple, easy sensuous things that drive most women wild. Fore play obviously isn't your forte."

"Never saw the use of fore play myself until V came along. A word here, a kiss there, a little flattery and wham bam thank you mam."

"Jer!"

"Sorry Al but it's true. I never heard any complaints."He said with a big grin.

"Sure you probably never saw them again to hear any complaints."She said sarcastically.

"Not quite Al but I'll concede I did get tired of them quickly."

"Umm hmm, alright you answered me so go ahead and try to thrill me."

"Thanks for the vote of confidence wench. Try to thrill you indeed."

"Hate to put the pressure on but your baby brother has a PH.D. in the fine art of fore play with a major in hair caressing."She giggled.

"Just shut up, sit still and prepare to be thrilled."Jerry replied.

"Such sweet words, I'm melting already."She laughed.

"Ally"Jerry warned. He started caressing her hair but wasn't getting a reaction. Just as he was about to give up Ally decided to help him out.

"Slow down Jer and use a lighter touch. Remember what I did."

"OK"

"The speeds right now but fiddle with the touch."

"OK"

"And Jer you're suppose to enjoy this so loosen up a bit."

"Gotcha" Jerry kept experimenting until he heard Ally moan and knew he had found the right touch. Ok now relax and enjoy it, he said to himself.

"Ooh Jer, umm"She moaned softly.

"Told you I'd thrill you."He whispered on her ear and planted a playful kiss on her neck. Lady Jane was standing at the door wondering what was going on.

"Umm hmm"she moaned again.

"I don't even want to know what's going on in here."Jane said.

Jerry and Ally started laughing.

"I also don't want to know why Jax and V look like lovers on the couch."

"They're drunk."Jerry said.

"And the two of you are? Bored and starving for attention I assume."Jane said.

"Nope, just showing Jer how to properly play with a woman's hair."Ally answered.

"The four of you are just too strange for words. I see you made breakfast Jerry, thank you."

"Anytime Mum."

"How's your shoulder Ally?"

"Much better thanks."

"Keep heat on it today dear and you should be able to move it by tomorrow."

"Al while we wait to wake the drunken twins why don't we watch a movie upstairs."

"Sounds good to me. Find me a heating pad and your on."

Ally talked Jerry into watching Titanic. By the time the movie was over they had given Jax and V and extra hour of sleep. They went into the family room and Jerry turned the stereo on and blasted it.

Jax and V woke up with a start. Jax looked like he wanted to kill them. He moved his hand and sat V up. She was plugging her ears trying to block the sound out. Jerry finally turned the stereo off. They could hear Jane and John laughing in the kitchen.

"Good afternoon drunken beauties."Ally said.

V and Jax just groaned and closed their eyes again. Lady Jane came out with tylenols and water and told them they deserved it for drinking 3 bottles of Bailey's.

"Al, we only went to sleep at 7:30 this morning. I'm going up to bed. Are you going to keep me company until I fall asleep again?"

"You have to help me get dressed first and then I'll stay with you until you are asleep. Let's go. What a way to spend our last day in Alaska."

"I forgot about that, if I feel better I'll go skating with you later."

"Deal."

"I suppose you'd like to sleep too Venus."Jerry said.

"Yes."She whispered.

V looked so hungover that Jerry felt sorry for her. He picked her up and carried her to his room. Jax's brain wasn't working very well and he fumbled with the buttons on Ally's shirt.

"You know this would be easier if I wasn't seeing double."He said.

"Yeah, yeah cry me a river."Ally replied.

"Are you mad at me?"

"No, just feel like giving you a hard time."Ally laughed.

"That's not a very nice thing to do to someone in my condition."

"Probably not, but it's fun anyways."

"You've got this real nasty streak in you sweetie."

"I know be thankful you've never suffered my full wrath."She laughed.

"There you're dressed now I'm going to bed."

"How big is your headache?"

"As big as Canada."He moaned.

Ally couldn't help laughing at his exaggeration.

"I'm in pain and you're laughing thanks ever so."

"Sorry but Canada Jax? That's funny dear."

"Maybe I'll think it's funny when the Tylenol invades it."

"My poor hungover baby, get into bed now."Ally said softly.

Jax climbed into bed and pulled the covers around him. Ally laid down beside him and started playing with his hair knowing it would put him to sleep quickly.

"Hey how's your shoulder?"He asked.

"A lot better, I can lay on it now, close your eyes darling and go to sleep."

"Sorry about ruining today Al"

"Don't worry about it and just get some sleep Jasp."

"You're the best sweetie."

"I know, now shut up and go to sleep."

She kissed him and went back to caressing his hair. Jax was snoring quietly ten minutes later. Ally closed her eyes for a minute and woke up three hours later. Guess I was tired too she thought. She went to check on V and found her and Jerry asleep. She went downstairs and found a note from Lady Jane saying they went out and would be back for dinner. Ally decided to make dinner and surveyed the fridge for an idea. She found two frozen pie crusts and decided to make ham, mushroom and cheese quiches. She made a garden salad and put the quiches in the oven to bake. She called Liz and they talked for an hour. Jane and John came back just as Ally was taking the quiches out of the oven. Ally woke Jerry up and the four of them had dinner. After dinner Ally went skating and Jerry kept her company on the bench. Jerry told her about all the practical jokes he played on Jax. Ally was surprised Jax was stupid enough to keep falling for them. Jerry finally went inside and Ally skated for another half an hour and brought Jax's dinner up to him. He was still out like a light. She put the try down and knelt beside the bed. She brushed a wisp of hair back off his face and traced her finger down his nose, tickling Jax. He opened his eyes and Ally kissed him gently.

"You still taste like Bailey's."She laughed.

"I won't be drinking it for a long time."

"Whose bright idea was the Bailey's?"She asked.

"Mine, once we finished the first bottle V asked if there was any more and I brought a bottle for each of us out."

"And you tell me I can't go drinking with V. I don't get her half as drunk as you do. You can't go drinking with V anymore."

"I don't think V will ever want to drink with me again. You brought me dinner, how sweet."

"Eat and you'll feel better, I promise."

"Well I'm hungry so I must be feeling a little better."

Jax dug into the quiche and polished off the salad. Ally went to get him more and met Jerry in the hall with V's dinner.

"So how's your patient?"She asked.

"Groggy and starving. Yours?"

"Starving."

"What a pair those two make."

"I know, I don't think Jax plans on leaving the bed."She laughed.

"Well I hope you're in the mood then."Jerry teased.

"I'm not so he's out of luck."

"Well come and get me if you feel like playing video games."

"I might just take you up on that offer. I better get Blondy some more food before he starts yelling for it."

"Geez what took you so long Al? Did you have to bake a new quiche?"He asked.

"I stopped to talk to Jer, so sue me."Ally said sarcastically.

"Ouch, you aren't very sympathetic to sick people are you?"

"I'm very sympathetic to those who are really sick. Hangovers are self inflicted and don't garner much sympathy from me."

"So if I had the flu I'd get some TLC?"

"Yep"Ally said with a grin.

"And a hangover gets me... dinner only?"Jax asked with a sad puppy dog face.

Ally decided to have some fun with Jax before she gave him some TLC.

"When I'm felling generous, yes you get dinner. I got you seconds so consider yourself lucky."

"Could I maybe get some more Tylenols?"

"That would require me to go downstairs you know."She sighed.

"I'd really appreciate it though."

"Would you now?"

"Yes Ally, I'd forever be in your debt."

"That could come in handy in the future. Alright I'll go get you some pills." She stopped by to check on V. She looked very pale and a lot worse than Jax.

"How you doing V?"

"Not too well. I think dying would be less painful. I've never felt so horrible in my life."

"I'm going to get some pills for your drinking buddy. Do you want some?"

"Please and tell Jax to get his butt in here and give me a massage."

"Gladly, I'll be right back."

Ally go the pills and water and delivered them to V. Then she brought Jax his and told him he had to give V a massage. He grumbled but got up and went into V's room.

"OK the doctor's here. Sit up so I can massage that hangover away."Jax started massaging her temples, head and neck. V felt a lot better but still didn't feel very good. Ally brought Jax back to bed and tucked him in.

"See ya"She said as she opened the door.

"Al where are you going?"

"To play video games with Jer."

"But I don't feel so good."

"That's why you're in bed and I'm going to play."She said sweetly.

His face fell and Ally felt sorry for him and decided to stop teasing him.

"Alright you big baby, I'll stay with you."

"Thanks wench."

"Anytime Blondy."

Ally climbed into bed and kissed his cleft. She started playing with his hair and told him to close his eyes and listen to her voice. She started singing her favourite lullaby to him To-Ra-Loo-Ra. He was asleep before the song finished. Ally watched him sleep for a while. She still found it hard to believe that he was hers. She looked down at her engagement ring and smiled.

"Thanks God for bringing me Jasper. He is so much better than being an Olympic skating champion. Dad was right, you close a door but then you open a window. You just like to take your time right? Anyways, please let us get very, very old and grey together. Thanks."Ally said .
