A WebRing is a group of related sites that all link together in a ring so that surfers can move easily between the sites. Each site carries a Ring logo (that is one of the terms of their being in the Ring), and a html code (navigate buttons or hypertext) that lets users navigate through the ring (Next site,Previous site,Next 5 sites,All sites,Skip this,Random site,To Ring homepage).
WHAT`S THE PORTISLEGS WEBRING ?
THe PortisLEgs WebRing is a ring that includes sites dedicated to Portishead (the band, not the town :-). I long have been thinking that there must be something to unite such sites, now the PortisLegs WebRing (the first PORTISHEAD Ring ever !) does it. To see sites in the ring, in the queue or to edit site info go to SITES (on the right). Go to JOIN to join the ring, add your site to the queue and then to the ring. Go to CODE to see the code you will have to include in your page if you want to join the PortisLegs WebRing, and go to LOGO to see the PortisLEgs logo.
HOW DO I JOIN ?
It`s easy. Start from here, fill in the form and submit it - this will put your site into the queue. You will get a letter confirming that. The ringmaster (that`s me) will then visit your site, and
add it to the ring assuming it meets the correct standards (Portishead theme, logo and code). If the site is accepted into the ring, you will be required to display the logo and the html code on your main page. However, you can fasten the process by adding the mentioned things before your site is accepted and sending a letter to me inviting me to come and see your page.

Just fill in the form and submit and then - you`ll know what to do.
