Perhaps one of my favorite songs to play, other than Kid Conductor.
Freaky is played basically with 2 chords which are played like so:

     Intro/verses:

Repeat the intro over the first two verses until the chorus which goes:

Then repeat the chorus and end guitar bit which is basically played
on the D string around the 11th fret, it is easy to figure out. Again,
