Great song! Chords are played on synthesizer and piano so it sounds
kinda strange on guitar but these are the right chords.
It also sounds good in the verses to use these chord positions:

F (xx3211)   C (xx2010)   Dm (xx0231)

Then when you play the 'F C Dm' progression you get a nice sounding
downward movement on the D string. Try both ways and use the one
you think sounds better.
