I love it! I would say it was one of the top 5 songs ever written! You must tune your guitar one note (half step) down to play along with the cd. In this song there are two acoustic guitars playing the rhythm, they play almost the same things, and then there are two electric guitars who play the solo, they also play almost the same things but not quite. That makes it sound great, but you can easily play it all on one guitar. I just bought the CD with this song. I might make a mp3 for you and put it on my site if I could figure out how to do it. You should just let the open high E string ring out every once in a while, it doesn't have to be exact. It sounds best if you just play it kinda sloppy. And it's important that you play the A string, that's what gives it this cool sound. The rhythm is kind of a blues shuffle rhythm, listen to it to hear it. Sometimes it sounds like he always plays the high E. I think one guitar plays this chord (x00230) and the other takes care of the blues shuffle thingy.
