Hey! I just figured out this thing. This is the Wah-Wah stuff that
you sometimes hear on Beavis & Butthead. It's the creator of the
show, Mike Judge, who plays it. I've also heard that he is the voice
behind both Beavis and Butthead. Anyway, I thought this sounded
great so I put it up here.
