Canada, Toronto: The Opera House - June 2, 1997

Out of the three times I have seen RH this was by far the best.  Thom
was very animated and seemed to enjoy himself unlike the other shows
where he seemed suspicious of what reasons the crowd was attending, but
I think this show really naileld the Creep thing shut.  They never
played the song and nobody seemed to mind.  He appreciated the
audiance's reactions to the new songs.  For instance he thanked everyone
after Exit Music (it was so good that no one even opened their mouth).
The old stuff sounds better than ever and the new stuff sounds great
too, Especially Climbing Up The Walls.  C.U.T.W's was the best Radiohead
performance I have seen, it was just amazing.  Unfortunatly they did not
play much from Pablo Honey, it seems as if they are trying to drop that
era from their playlist.  And of course there was also the usual.  Jonny
was bent over the entire show doing whatever he does on his keyboards
and guitar, there was the great Ed back ups and as always Thom usually
found his way to the ground.  Except for Thom, the band did not have
much to say... but Collin would pop his head out of the smoke in an
amusing way.  Anyhow that is about all I have to say about that....Oh
yeah, in an interview Thom mentioned something about the Karma Police
video.  It has something to do with a car chassing something and is
supposed to be very clever.
