But anyway, like I was saying, I got into horror movies when I was about 8 when I first saw Freddy 1 and 2. I loved it. Everything about the movies excites me...not just the blood like I'm one of those dememted freaks. I love the plot and special effects and all the props......and the blood.
But it's not just movies.

I also like books. I own somewhere aroung 30 Stephen King books. Buy far my favorites are the Dark Tower series. VERY COOL! I also love Stephen King movies. The Children Of The Corn movies are good. I'd have to say, the first two were the same exact thing, but #4 ruled! The first Stephen King movie I saw was It and I just loved that. Now I have Cujo, and hell, a bunch more.
I have some Friday The 13th movies too. I've seen 1,2,5,7,8,9. I'm sorry, but I just don't find those 'as good' as say, Freddy. The Freddy movies involve some kind of a plot. Sure, I like Jason, but most of them are the same and just invlove "walk...walk...walk...slash...walk...walk... etc".

Freddy has a personality. #1, he can talk. Watch in Freddy's Dead how he's dancing behind Carlos when he can't hear. Funny. Or Freddy's Power Glove and when he's playing the game with Spencer? Funny shit! Jason would never do that! But still...I like em both.
Some other good movies are the Hellraiser ones. #1 kinda sucked, as a lot of old ones do, but they got better as they went. I thought #3 was the shit, then #4-Bloodline came out! Kick ass!

But if you want a WAY good movie, one of my favorites has GOT to be Brainscan!. So much of the things in it I LOVE(d).
