Counterparts Tour Nicknames

I didn't get to go to the Counterparts tour, mainly because I was only 11 years old at the time. I first heard about the "nicknames" that Alex gave everybody each night from the Toronto Star review of the May 7, 1994 Toronto concert. I find them quite funny, so I've started making a list of all the nicknames.
