Mardi Gras Punch (non-alcoholic...of course!)
1 6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 6 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 quart apple juice, chilled
2 quarts ginger ale, chilled
Raspberry, orange, lime and lemon sherbert (all , or choose your combination)
ice cubes
In large punch bowl stir together concentrates with water, as directed on can. Stir in apple juice and ginger ale. Add small scoops of sherbert or ice cubes. Makes 28 servings.
