The Tonight Show with Jay Leno [taping]

la la, i'm typing these stories with 7 shows in my memory, so its gonna get a little foggy, but here we go.

Oh well :] it was nice.I had sent in for leno tickets as soon as the date was announced, so i was able to get tickets through the mail. But christ, val and i showed up at the studio about 11am, so we could get a decent spot in line. Dor, David and everyone had slept over from the Sacramento show the night before, so we hopped in line with them. There were only about 4 people behind them, so i didn't feel like we were cutting. So la la la, we just hung the whole day, and i got to see cindy and dave, who i hadn't seen for a long time. And i got to meet christa, who now rocks me :] We were about 30th in line, so we were in the second batch of people to go in. We didn't get a floor seat, but we werent in the last bleachers like last time. This time, we sat in the second level of bleachers, and my seat was right on the side, next to where tori would preform. So it was a really good spot.

The taping was fun as usual. Leno just seems like the nicest guy. he called some girls cousin before the taping, because he was a huge fan. It was cute. I'm sure most people saw tori preform jackie. It was a good performance i thought. She wasn't as nervous as she seemed to be last time.

After the taping we all hustled out to the exit, in hopes of meeting tori like we did this past may. Unfortunatley, this time, the entire audience had the same idea. Everyone was like 'yeah, i never would have tried if it wasnt for the details article'. If you havent read that article, it follows tori around LA and mentions tori stopping to meet 15-20 people waiting. Well i was one of those. This time there were probably about 60 people. So we knew she wouldnt stop. To our surprise, on her way out, the limo stopped. Joel told us she was just going to get out and say hi, and then leave. And thats what she did. she stepped out of the limo and waved. She was probably about a good minute or two, standing on one spot, listening to what people were yelling..then she left.
