Boulder, CO

Well it got complicated here. It was said that the tour was ending in boulder. she wasnt coming back to LA. I had friends going that wanted me to come and said i could stay with them. Someone gave me an airline ticket. My parents stuck with no. I felt they werent even considering it..so for the first time ever..i didn't listen. I just..went. I'm very glad i did...but it was really, really difficult. I had loads of fun and it was very emotional. The first of the last two shows was interesting..i was adjusting to the fact that there wasnt a common bond at this show like in LA. This crowd makeup was hardcores from around the country that had their own little cliques and elite group. 100 or so of us, including a crippled faerie that we wanted to kill, milled around all day waiting for a sign of what to do. 3ish they began to set up baracades. This was funny. Steve would tell us nto to run for them and we would slowly creep towards them. Finally they were up. And i got my favorite spot..right up front in the corner..making me...first. She shows up, and its dark. It was bizarre. It was nighttime at like 5 when she showed up..and the lights went out..And she waved and walked down to me. I hadnt really thought about what to say. I just knew i had a song request. I handed her a huge envelope of letters and she like clutched them and lookedme in the eyes and said dead serious "thank you.." i was kind of taken aback and i just blurted "hi tori i kinda had to run away to be here and i would love if you would play she's leaving home for me tonight." She gave me a funny look, turned to steve for a sharpie and wrote leaving home on her hand. We took a picture and she hugged me..and moved on. I had 26th row this night. It was a really good show..the crowd was the most polite one i had seen that far. It was really great

Wonderful. I paid attention this time and just cried along with the song, which she did beautifullly. I didn't have plans to meet her afterwards like my friends. I milled around the autitorium till it was empty and walked towards the back since i was alone. I actually managed to squeeze to the 2nd row. When she came out she reached over to me and grabbed my hand and squeezed it. I remember it being really soft and warm. I just thanked her for the song, and she gave me a serious smile and nodded and said "ofcourse" and went on..but she kept ahold of my hand..it seemed she held on until she couldn't reach me anymore. It was wonderful.
