Longer lengths will be carefully examined, query first with synopsis and line count. *NONFICTION: Informational, historical, articles analyzing KITH work, essays, humor, reviews. Length to 3,000 words. Longer lengths will be carefully examined, query first with synopsis and word count. *FILLERS: Jokes, anecdote, short humor, facts, news breaks to 150 words. *DEPARTMENTS: 1.In the Spotlight... An interview with a KITH fan, historian, etc. 2.Opinions are like Armpits... Have a KITH opinion you wish to share? 3.Skit Transcripts - Feel free to transcribe a KITH episode for publication 4.KITH Character - Each issue a KITH character will be examined 5.Spoof Ad- Write spoof ad(s), i.e., Buddy's Bar 6.A "real" ad for a KITH site, tv show, etc... 7.Question about KITH or charcter for Fran ADVERTISMENTS Our policy regarding ads is different from other publications on- or off-line. We use our "real" ads to promote KITH things; and our "spoof" ads as creative expressions. Our Advertising Director handles these. We will have one "real" ad in each issue. Please feel free to submit sites/things you'd like to see or write your own add and send it in. But please keep in mind that because of space limitations we will only accept/publish one per issue! We have two pages dedicated to our "spoof" ads. These ads should relate to KITH things (characters, skits, etc...). You may submit those also. *ARTWORK/PHOTOS: State availability of photos/artwork. They must be in the form of a .gif or .jpeg. Query first! NOTES: 1.The KITH Ezine will be published bi-monthly (six issues a year). 2.You will be sent an email on receipt of your work. 3.Simulataneous submissions are ok as long as you state this. 4.We can not be responsible for delay, loss or damage. 5.NEVER send originals or your only copy. 6.Submissions should be part of an email message NEVER as an attachment. 7.Please make your subject line: KITH SUBMISSION 8.At the beginning of your work put: Article title, Is it a submission or query, your real name, your pen name, email, any home page(s) URL(s), City, State, Province, section of Ezine this is intended for, If it is a photo/artwork query give good details and format available. 9.Any works that do not meet our guidelines of length, or are sent as attachments instead of part of an email body or are slanderous ...will be returned. 10.You will be sent a Publishing Agreement upon acceptance. |
