She's Sarah Rainmaker of Gen13, the sexually ambiguous Native American! Rainmaker was made from a (get this) Pocahontas figure! No lie! I removed the excess detail, then added fringed boots and knee and forearm details with Sculpey. This little emblem on her uniform is the acutal Gen13 logo.
