This is Sailor Pluto. Her real name is Meiou Setsuna, her birthday is Oct 29th. She guards the time travel passage and the Gate of Time. Her favorite color is dark red, her favorite food is green tea. She likes shopping and is good at sewing. Her past is shrouded in mystery. She is the oldest scout, but she looks really young because she lives in the passage of time. She dreams of becoming a designer. She is really the oldest scout, but living in the passage of time causes her not to age.

She is serious, wise and very good friends with ChibiUsa. She gave ChibiUsa a time key so that she could travel safely through time. She is the only Sailor who didn't die on the moon, because she was guarding the gate of Time.

She appears rarely, because to interfere would disrupt the fabric of time. If she does appear it means something bad is going to happen. Because she is guardian of the Gate of Time she can see into the future and it is Sailor Pluto that brought Chibi Moon back after the Imperium Sliver Crystal. She is very isolated and appears only in desperate situations.

She says "Pluto Planet Power" to transform into Sailor Pluto. "Dark Dome Close", this is forbidden, it is used to close the Gate of Time and stops time except for people that she doesn't want stopped. "Dead Scream", this is whispered to create a glowing pink ball that when thrown at an enemy it has the force of a large gust of wind. It is a Sonic Scream that can disable opponents and destroy some structures.

Her items: The Garnet Orb Talisman, which is the 3rd of the 3 talismans needed to find the Holy Grail. It sits on the Time Staff. The Time Staff resembles a key.
