This is Sailor Neptune. Her real name Michiru Kaiou, which means Sea King. She controls the ocean. She is 16 and her birthday is March 6th. She goes to Mugen Gakuen high, her favorite color is marine blue. Her favorite food is sashimi.She is one of the outer senshi, which guard the Moon kingdom instead of the princess.

She has a calm personality and considers the consequences before acting. She is artistic, intelligent, intellectual and studies very hard. She enjoys swimming and painting. She dreams of being a violinist. She is really good friends with Uranus. She has the power of water like Mercury, but stronger because she has the power of the ocean. She is graceful, elegant and sophisticated. She is also a sore loser, is easily jealous and very competitive.

"Neptune Planet Power" transforms her into Sailor Neptune. "Deep Submerge" makes a large funnel of water that turns into a blue ball that has the power of a Tsunami. "Aqua Mirror Reflection" and "Submarine Reflection" makes water from the mirror.

She has a Transformation Pen and the Deep Aqua Mirror. The Mirror is the 2nd of the 3 talismans needed to find the Holy Grail.
