This is Sailor Chibi Moon. Her real name is Usagi Tsukino. Her nick name (to avoid confusion) is ChibiUsa. She comes from Crystal Tokyo in the 30th century. She is Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Kamen's child. She is the princess of the moon. Sailor Pluto sent her back from the future to get Imperium Silver Crystal. She debuts in episode 60 by falling on Sailor Moon's head. She has a cat named Diana, which is the child of Artemis and Luna.

Chibi can be very much like her mother and is very good at whining and at getting her way. She can also be very good when it suits her. She is spoiled, hard headed, rude, insulting, but can be straight forward and pull herself together in important situations. She was kind of mean and insulting to Usagi until she found out the Usagi is her mother. Now she has this habit of finishing Usagi's sentences.

She goes to Juuban Elementary. Her favorite food is pudding and her favorite color is red. Her birthday is June 30th.(Same as Usagi's) She lives with Serena's Earth parents who think that she is Serena's cousin. She leaves for a while, but comes back to be trained as Sailor Moon of the future.

She says "Moon Prism Power Makeup" and "Moon Crisis Makeup" to transform into Chibi Moon. Her nickname is Chibi Usa meaning small Usagi or small rabbit. She has a toy that looks like Luna and she can say Kitty Magic, Luna Ball Kitty Magic or Kitty Power to turn the toy into anything she likes.

"Twinkle Yell" is supossed to call the unicorn, "Pink Sugar Heart Attack" to attack using her rod.

Chibi has these items: Chibi Moon Compact, Crystal Carillon, Kalied Moon Scope and the Pink Moon Crystal which is like the Imperium Silver Moon Crystal and just as powerful.
