History:
Their recorded history dates back to the earliest battles of the Echo-Cluster. This huminiod-rodent tribal civilization often looked up at the sky thinking their gods looked down at them.
One day a huge triangle shaped object appeared in the sky. Doors from this object opened unlocking hundereds of smaller object, which started to spit fire from the sky. Soon white demons appeared, and rounded up all of this small tribal civilization. The white demons forced them these cretures to work in their mines, to collect valuable minerals. A selected few were taken away to what was thought to be hevean, and put to work in a huge city that floated above the sky. These so called gods, seemed to like the fact that these primitive people could put together their float ship hulls so easily.
Eventually the people of the tribes found out that the gods were engaged in some kind of war with each other. They learned that the Rebel gods were coming to wipe out this Empire of the Gods. After months the Rebel gods landed. The planet was soon devistated by war. Eventually the Rebels defeated the Empire on this small planet. The Tribes rejoyiced at the fact that the were freed by the Rebel gods.
The Rebels taught the Tribes alot about th universe, and how they weren't gods at all but people. Then the Rebels told them about the all out war being fought through out the galaxy.
Over the next three decades, empire after empire took over this planet, to only be driven out by the next.This all stopped when when a Cyborg race landed on this planet and started to assimaleted the Tribes people. Enough was enough, it was time to fight back. They scavenged the land to find equipment, to fight these Cyborgnetic people. Eventually they created starship hulls out of many old broke hulls, that remianed after the many battles that had been fought.They learned to overload the barrels of small weapons to do twice the damage. Eventually they drove the Cyborg off their home world.
The hulls they built became the blueprints for the hulls they uses today. Do to their lack of understanding of Flux Modulated Quantum Positronic Relitive Mecha Tempral Physics, they cannot replicate the special devices most of these ships had, so the need to scavenge them. They do this by following battle groups around and waiting for a battle,when one does take place, the collect the cargo immedatelly after , and before the other races have a chance to pick it up. They often collect ord, minerals, weapons, special devices, and fighters left in the debris (they convert the fighters to their type 1 fighter.)
Recently during one of their scavenging expidition, they found a relic of an alien space ship. Out of that they found many artifacts including, the holo jamming device, dampering feild, the havoc fighter and the warp bubble generator.
Eventually the Scavenger Tribes became a power in the universe.

Advantages:
1. Able to collect ship debris immedately after ANY battle that one of their ships witness. Able to collect from debris: Trtantium, Duranium, Molybenum, Neutronium, ord, repair supplies, engines, weapons, fighters, counterbands, food, med kits, $, and what ever special device the ships wittnessing needs.

2. The Holo-Jamming Device. This device produces a false image of where a fleet is. A ship with a bio-scanner will see through this.

3. The Warp Bubble Generator. This weapon will shoot out 100 light years and creates a warp bubble 30 light years in raduis. In this 30 light years in breakes up a fleet of ships and spreads each of them randomly though out, with each ship keeping the origanal fleets way points. This happens before movement.

4. They overload small weapons. This weapon doubles the Sheild Drian, Armor Drain, and Blast of small weapons.

5. Dampering Feild. Lets a ship mask its true stats and sends out a false image of a different ship.

6. Fast reproduction rate

7. Crawler Homes: If set to patrol, can scavenge 1 supply from every 15 factories that another race has on the same planet.Has a limit of 20 per planet.

8. Gets along well with natives

Disadvantages:

1. Research cost is twice as much

2. Can't scavenge from Lizard debris (every thing is destroyed by 150%)

3. Poor ground to ground combat

4. Low tax rate

5. Low mining rate

6. No PSI abilitie

7. Super Weapon Technology is disabled.


Side effects:

1. When ship plans are stole the race that obtians them will not be able to use the device that needs to be scavenged, unless they have othe ship plans with that device. For exsample, if the Feds obtianed the plans for an Inamorata, it would not have a gravitonic accelerator until they got the plans for a Meteor Blockade Runner, or anything else with a G.A. The same goes for the Scavenger Tribes, if they steal plans to a Cobol, the hulls of the Hades and the Deliverance will now come with the device built in.
