One Mama Mary's
pizza crust
one Tbsp. olive
oil
Three Tbsp. pizza
or spaghetti sauce
Crushed red pepper,
to taste
1/4 cup corn,
cut off cob
Your choice of
vegetables (broccoli, pepper,
tomato, shredded
cabbage, ect.)
Basil, to taste
Freshly ground
black pepper
1/2 to One cup
shredded pizza cheese
Preheat oven to
450 degrees.
Coat pizza crust
with
olive oil. Add
sauce.
Add vegetables
and seasonings.
Top with cheese.
Place crust directly
on oven rack
and close oven
door.
Turn heat down
to 425 degrees.
Bake pizza for
7-1/2 minutes.
For crisper pizza,
turn oven to
broil and cook for an
additional minute.
