One can of
Rotel
One 8 oz pkge cream cheese
One lb of mild or hot ground sausage
(personal
preference)
Brown sausage, drain fat and return to pan.
Add cream
cheese and heat
slowly.
Mix well.
When cheese
and sausage is mixed well,
add can of
Rotel
and mix and
heat evenly.
Serve with
Nacho chips.
