Microwave
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14oz.) can eagle brand sweetened
condensed milk
Dash of salt
1 cup chopped nuts (your choice)
1 ½ teas. Vanilla extract
In 1quart glass measure with handle,
combine
Chips with Eagle Brand and salt.
Cook on 100% power (high) 3 minutes
or until
Chips melt, stirring after each 1 ½
minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour mixture evenly aluminum foil-lined
8 or 9 inch pan
(I like to spray with butter
flavor oil in a glass pan)
Chill for 2 hours or until firm
Turn fudge onto a cutting board; peel
off foil
And cut into squares.
Store loosely covered at room temperature.
Makes about 2 lbs.
