ChibiChibi resembles ChibiUsa and Usagi, and she uses ChibiUsa's method of hypnotism to get
what she wants. She hypnotizes Usagi's mother into believing that she and Usagi are sisters. She
says nothing on her own, except Chibichibi, and she copies whatever anyone else says.
ChibiChibi is incredibly kawaii, and she loves to eat food as much as Usagi. Her seiyuu, btw, is the
same as the one for Usagi, and you can really tell if you listen.
She is a Sailor Senshi, and she was the one who led Kakyuu to Earth using the chalice in the anime.
She gives EternalSailorMoon her new attack in the anime as well. To become ChibiChibi in the
manga, she says, "ChibChibi Crystal Power, Make-Up."
In the anime, she is actually the hope of Galaxia's star seed that found Sailormoon.
In the manga, it is revealed that she is SailorCosmos, the supposed ultimate form of Sailormoon.
Running away from Chaos and the Sailor Wars, she comes to 20th century Tokyo in disgusie as
ChibiChibi.
