Gold
and Silver Pokemon.
Gold and Silver should be released in Australia
in late 2000. It will contain 250 breeds of pokemon, each breed having
a male and female type, similar to the Nidorans. Pokemon confirmed for
gold and silver include Pikablu, Topegi, Buru, Dofan (a big elephant),
Slowking (evolution of slowbro) and a fourth legendary bird. There will
be 3 new starting pokemon, a fire, water, and grass pokemon and you can
import all of you pokemon from red, blue and yellow into the game. Some
of the older pokemon will evolve further and there will be five or so
new stones. Some of the new features will include the ability to equip
the new pokemon with weapons! This seems very unlikely, and may not be
true. One of the most important features will be day and night. Some pokemon
will work best during a certain part of the day, some may even go to sleep!,
eg Venusaurs Solar Beam would not work very well during the night, but
would work fine during the day. The game is expected to be in Australia
by the end of 2000. By Cozmikcow |
