Description: "Good-Bye New York" is a two-piece suit of crepe and houndstooth tweed with "fur" accents at shoulders, worn with a bright russet blouse. Complete with matching "fur" hat and muff, which has a tiny secret pocket for her hanky. Jewelry includes golden teardrop earrings and a heart-shaped scatter pin with chain. Plus matching russet gloves, shoes, seamed hose, hat box and even Gene's childhood teddy bear, fully jointed, to keep her company! Fabrics may vary. "Good-Bye New York" is circa 1941, and was designed exclusively for Gene by Doug James.
