Description: "BLACK RIBBON" This two-piece dress includes a black charmeuse sheath and an overdress with horizontal black satin ribbon along the long sleeves and bodice. A rhinestone horse-shoe brooch adds sparkle. Includes a veiled hat with hat pin, black feather fan, black shoes, gloves and hose, and rhinestone earrings. Circa 1942. Designed by Tim Kennedy.
