Horseshoe Flattops - Different Lengths

One of the Buzztown readers who is pictured on the original Horseshoe Flattop page and also on another High and Tight page in the Gallery has sent some more photos of his cut. These photos show slight differences in the length of the cut.

Longer horseshoe flattop - top The photo on the left shows the horseshoe flattop with a little more length than the photos in the second section of this page. Note that the horseshoe shape is visible, but with a fairly wide "horseshoe".

In the photo below, on the left, we can see the back and sides with just a slight growth of hair.

In the photo below, on the right, the back and sides have been freshly shaved (white-walls, or white sidewalls), and looks very smooth.

Very short horseshoe flattop

In the two photos shown here, we can see the same subject with a shorter horseshoe flattop. The shorter flattop enlarges the landing strip, which extends much further towards the forehead. This makes the horseshoe shape of the remaining hair more noticable.

Thanks to the reader who sent in photos of his excellent horseshoe flattop cuts.
