Wide Left Margin Sample Page

This page is an example of a shifted left margin using a two column table. Shifting the document to the right by 100 pixels, matching the 100 pixel vertical border my background image creates for the page.

To ensure that the left column of the table is a fixed width, I use a 1x1 transparent image, scaled using the tag's width attribute, to fill the left column. Feel free to borrow the transparent image for your own use.
