INTRODUCTION:

Neumeier's at a loss for worlds when he meets up with his college sweetheart Charlotta Tannenbaum...or rather, the girl he worshipped from afar in years past. But something's not right, she suddenly seems very interested in him, which is rather odd, considering she treated him like dirt before.  This all-aside, Neumeier is more than willing to take her in, although she's taking an unusual, particular interest in an emergency-immobilization device for Robocop....
