Here's a clown bib made with worsted weight yarn. I made this for a friend's first grandchild. The pattern is from an issue of Crochet With Heart (I can't remember which one!) 
 

Snowman potholder made with Sugar 'n Cream yarn. This comes from the hardcover book, "Annie's Favorite Quick & Easy Projects." (c. 1999) I made this for my mother-in-law, who collects snowmen.
