CRAFT PROJECT PICTURES

Miscellaneous

I have tried to give pattern sources as completely as I can with each project so that if you want to, you can find the pattern to make it yourself.

I found this old milk can at a rummage sale. I really wasn't sure I knew what I wanted to do with it, but I bought it and dragged it home. It ended up being one of my favorite projects, and one of Matt's. He is always showing it off! Luckily this can was in nice shape so other than washing it I didn't have to do too much to it to prepare it for painting. I got the idea for the cow design from - of all places - a dishtowel. I painted mine differently, but that's where the idea originated. I also did the flower arranging in the top. I would love to paint more cans and I have gotten offers from people who would like me to paint a can for them. It is kind of tough to find a nice milkcan that is in good shape but doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I lucked out with this one.
