I think almost everyone likes pizza, and there are so many variations of it. So I'm giving
you a base (once again), with suggestions of different toppings.

Dough:
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 25 g (almost 1 oz) yeast
- Wheat flour
Topping base:
- 1 onion
- 4 oz mushrooms
- 1 can of crushed tomatoes
- spices (for example garlic, basil or oregano)
- 1 - 2 tomatoes
- cheese (optional)
Different toppings...
- ...broccoli, corn and pre-cooked celery
- ...alfalfa-sprouts and finley chopped paprika
- ...chick-peas and corn
- ...anything else you can come up with. You can have almost everything on your pizza, but
make sure the topping won't fall off it, if you want a lot of vegetables on your pizza (which
is very yummy!)
1. Dough: Put the yeast i a bowl, and add water, oil, salt and sugar.
2. Blend until the yeast is dissolved, then add flour until the dough doesn't stick any more.
3. Let it rise to double size.
4. Divide the dough into desired number of pizzas. Put the crushed tomatoes on top of it, and
add spices, onion and mushrooms.
5. Add your special topping. Put tomato slices on top of it, and (if you're not vegan), you
can also add cheese.
6. Heat oven to 450° F, and bake the pizzas for 15 - 25 minutes (depending on the size of
them).
