Sourmilk dip

This is probably the easiest way to make a vegetable dip. You can have almost everything in it to taste, choose something that goes with the vegetables you have.

  • 1 cup sourmilk
  • something to taste...
    • ...ketchup
    • ...lemon juice
    • ...parsley, dill, spinach and chive
    • ...or something else you have at home
  • black or white pepper
  • salt
Simply stir in the desired taste with the pepper and salt. Vegetables that are suitable for dipping are (for example): carrots, celery, cucumber and paprika. But you can also use fruit juice as taste, and pour it over a fruit salad.
