Hummus is a chickpea-spread from the Middle-East. There are many variations of this recipe,
this is the one I'm using. Sometimes it's made with several tablespoons olive oil,
and much more tahini. But I don't like the extra fat, so I've mad mine without the oil.

- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice (I use 2)
- 1 garlic clove or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 - 3 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 2/3 cups cooked chickpeas
- 1/2 cup finley chopped parsley
Put the chickpeas in food processor, and add tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and soy sauce.
Blend until it becomes creamy. Stir in the parsley.
