Baked pears

 

 

 

This dessert is not supposed to be eaten right after dinner, since it's very sweet. Wait until a few hours after dinner, otherwise you might feel a bit sick.

  • 2 small pears
  • 1 cup of cream
  • ½ cup of water
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • ½ cup of cocoa
4 servings.
Divide pears and cut out the pits. Bake in oven at 400° F until the pears are soft. Meanwhile, make the chocolate sauce. Mix water, sugar and cocoa, and bring to boil. Boil carefully for approximately 2 minutes. Whip the cream. Serve the hot pears with chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
