Sister Hummingbird

Sister Hummingbird is the most skillful flyer of all birds...No other bird can fly backward, forward, sideways and hover in mid air!!! Sister can take off at highspeeds and can stop quickly in mid flight. Sister hummer knowes no fear from any preditors AND she has even been known to chase
eagles!

Sister Hummingbird teaches us that life is dripping with sweet nectar. She also speaks to us on how to use flowers in matters of the heart. Many flowers could not survive without Sister Hummers aid in pollination.

Here at the WeeFolks Gardens we LOVE the Hummer!!!! Her iridescent colors tell us of the rainbow which is promised to us after the rain. She Speaks to us about accomplishing that which seems impossible...and most of all...Her flight reminds us of the JOY there is to be found in life.

The Weefolks make sure they have plenty of plants that the hummers like, and also a few Hummingbird feeders here and there. Below you will see charts of the type of flowers that draws Sister Hummer and how to make your OWN nectar for her.
