love your dogs,I have two cairns, molly & annie the terror. they are # 4& 5 for me. My first woodstock, we also called tank,also over weight. Shell sounds like annie the smalles cairn and the most trouble than all the rest. I love cairns I want to adop another their is a little girl in a shelter in hinsdale ,9 years old and looks like my molly. I am trying to talk my husband in to it. anyway i love your web site & pictures. eileen

Hi, I enjoyed your pictures very much. I have 2 female cairns. One 8 years old and the other is 1 1/2 years old. Both have very different personalites but are very loving in their own way. Great website!

Nice site, as the owner of a Cairn, you're photos and comments about your "kids" hit home. My first two could have been siblings to yours as they looked very alike. Our current Cairn is a nice caramel colour. Thanks for putting the site together, see y u soon

I'm so glad to see that Malcolm found such a wonderful home. Lynda had contacted us about him too (we were starting to look at getting a Cairn at that time). But my husband, who is still grieving from his dog's death 3 years ago, decided that he just co ldn't take getting a "middle age" dog. I've been worried about what became of Malcolm ever since. It sounds like he couldn't have found a happier home! We ended up getting a puppy from one of the other Potomac Cairn people and are having a great time. What a great site!

I have a cairn terrier about 6 months old. I got her on a whim in KY and brought her back to FL. She is the sweetest dog. We named her Pattie. She plays hard with our Border Collie. He has been a better dog since she arrived. Pattie jumps in bed wit us at night and rolls over for tummy rubs and then jumps off to go to sleep in her bed at the bottom of our bed. We just love her.
