   I became a Buffett fan some years ago during a time when I was just learning to fly. My first album was fruitcakes which I still cosider as one of my favorites. I was later introduced to the book Where Is Joe Merchant; Buffett's masterfull depiction of a pilot in the warm waters of the Caribbean.

    Fellow pilots and ParrotHeads out there can relate to Buffett's message of an easy life on a beach. The idea of soaking one's feet in the blue waters of some lonely island with a cool drink in one hand, and a good companion to share the night with is any parrotheads dream. Now if you add into a mix your seaplane beached under a lone palm tree or a nice sized sail boat anchored just beyond the reef, a bottle of rum and some cheeseburgers, thats known as paradise..

    I am now flying for a living and loveing it. I have recently realized another life dream and bought a sailboat to waist away in on my days off. Jimmy never inspired my dreams or my life, he just supplied a soundtrack to enjoy it by. Thanks Jimmy!

This Web thing started as a college class project and since I have better things to do with my time than sit behind a computer every day, this site only gets updated every year or so. As an informational an Phan based site, I make no money off it and some info may be incorrect. These Web Pages are a tribute to the man behind the music, the books, the concerts, the tailgate parties, and of course the lifestile.
