HOW TO STAY HEALTHY.."secrets" to longevity
(excerpt from the book of "Possibilities")

Keep busy.....
Several years ago, I met the most amazing lady. She was 93, volunteered in a local nursing home, took French classes at night and devoured the daily newspaper. "I intend to wear out, not rust out", she said. Her secret for longevity was simple: keep busy.

Walk the dog...
Throw out the thighmaster, dump the ab cruncher, scrap the stairmaster and return the rowing machine -- and walk the dog (the friskier the better).
It will force you to get out and walk in virtually every type of weather and even the task of "scooping up" adds bending and flexibility to the already excellent cardiovascular workout of the walk itself.

Live, love, laugh ...
The secret is leaving an apple by the homeless man's sleeping bag, watching children play in the park, holding my best friend's hand, receiving a foot massage, giving a foot massage, smiling at someone .. specially those who need it, buying a new pair of shoes and dancing to the Gypsy Kings.
