Actions are generally put into *'s, also they are generally spoken in 3rd person, and then the speaking is done outside of the *'s. Such as in the following sentences.
*MistyKitty leaped up onto the old car and smiled as she watched over the yard* It's such a beautiful day *she sighed*
or for the Lord of the Dance RPG
*Dorcha eyed the lord and spoke, disgust evident in his voice* What are you doing here!?!
You can also do it so that the words are in quotation marks and the actions are outside fo them as in.
MistyKitty leaped up onto the old car and smiled as she watched over the yard, "It's such a beautiful day." She sighed.
or for the Lord of the Dance RPG
Dorcha eyed the lord and spoke, disgust evident in his voice "What are you doing here!?!"
