Special people, with special places in my heart.
You are not just acquaintance.
You are truly friend.
If you visit anyone's home page from my links, please PLEASE sign their guestbook if they have one, and tell them I sent you. For many, guestbooks are the only way to know when someone has taken the time to look at your work. After spending all the time that they do working on their home pages, wouldn't you want some feedback?
First and foremost: my husband, Aegis. In his many forms and handles (He is also Velvet Toy, for those of Y/you that know Him as such) he is my soul mate. For a picture of him, try my Hallway of Photographs.
ZoeY, my soul-sister and dear love. I met her in the Castle at the Chathouse, and we chatted on line for almost a year before she drove up from Florida to be at my wedding and meet me in person. We clicked from first chat, and we are even more compatible in person. I have missed her every moment since she drove away after the wedding...*sigh*

Esmerelda and I originally met in the Castle at the Chathouse. She is my internet mom. I love Mama Essie with all my heart, and she has supported me like a real mom through all sorts of problems. I know she loves me and supports me, and she is always there when I need some motherly advice. Essie means a lot to me in ways no one else understands, but they don't need to. Mama Essie - I LOVE YOU!! *huge hugs*
GoldKnight. As he puts it, "The Well of Infinite Useless Knowledge" (although I think I could compete for the title). GK is a friend of mine from (if you can believe it) before I got hooked on chatting on the net. We worked together for two summers at Eglin Air Force Base as high school apprentices. Although we have had our differences, he has been a very special friend of mine for years. I lost touch with him for a while, but after my wedding I found him again. Dave - I love you with all my heart. *soft hugs* Keep in touch hon, okay?
Stroll into the Golden Circle.
Rena. We met at Florida Girls State, a weeklong convention of 300 girls at FSU in Jacksonville, learning all about government. It doesn't sound like much fun, but it was. Rena was in my "city" of Olustee - All for one and one for all!! GOOO Olustee!! She and I have kept in touch via cards and e-mail since the summer of 1994 - it seems so long ago. She is the one I took the name Tatiana to honor...her home page is even called Rena Tatiana's Domain. She has some beautiful poetry here, some of my old time favorites and some of her own. Check out The Road Not Taken by Robert Frost, and "Life" (at the bottom of her poetry page).
Araminta

A real time friend. The wild and crazy woman who taught me how to love myself, and that I actually could dance. I love her like a sister. She is gorgeous and generous, and I miss her with all my heart. And for any interested men out there, stay back! *wink* Araminta is saving herself for me. *blowing her a kiss* I love you hon. I miss you. *hugs*

A darling little (and when I say little, believe me. she's only 5 foot. *giggle*) woman, full of fire and passion. From the bush of South Africa she has trekked her way into my life and my heart. This little "toffee sticky" makes me smile and laugh, comforts my tears, and soothes my soul. *tender hugs* Heart sister, I love you!!

My cousin. My loved and loving cousin. Paranoid perhaps, but most definitely wonderful. Don't tell him I said so, but he is one of the most chivalrous men I've ever met, in addition to being sexy and sweet. *tight hugs* Miss you psycho guppy...*sigh*
niki, aka Strelnikov

Niki. Wow. What can I say about Niki? I love him. I feel a soulbond with him. I met him in the Ladies Room, which was a haven for him to discuss his beloved revolution and socialism. He has a special place in my heart, no matter how much he and I don't understand each other. He is fun to talk to, albeit slightly argumentative, and with help, I have taught him to loosen up a bit. He's a sweetie, and no longer naive in the ways of chatting. But I can still carry on an intellectual discussion with him, and feel no censure for it. I love you Niki!! *tight loving hugs and a soft kiss*

Vandrom

Okay, now this man is special. Can you believe I almost fell in love with him instead of my husband? They are like brothers. And he is truly a kindred spirit. Vandrom, I love you, my dear dear friend. Please keep being there for me. I don't know what I would do if we lost touch with you...thank you for your guiding hand and your loving smile. Vandrom - well, I guess I've said it all. *tender hugs*
