For all you men out there, I hate to break your hearts (That's a joke, so I want to hear some laughing) But the fellow in the picture has captured my heart. He is the sweetest, most caring, most handsome man in the universe. With a few short lines he captured my heart. Without further ado here is my Adonis in Blue Jeans:

*Laughing out loud* For those of you who know me, you get my joke, for those who don't, I have a slight obsession with Mr. Brooks. It's just a joke people so don't worry. I am in no way involved in any sort of relationship with Garth Brooks (unless you count the dream ones as reality) and he doesn't even know I exist. This is a disclaimer, and I want to make very clear (oh how painful the truth can be) that Mr. Brooks has never met and probably never will meet me, we have never been in any type of contact of any kind. I know it's all fantasy (but if you're going aim high might as well shoot for the moon, because even if you fall short you still have a hand full of stars) Hmm. . .that sounds rather optimistic. . .

Garth is going to be in Lexington on May 15, 1998 for his World Tour Concert. The big news, however, is that He is going to be in Kentucky for my Birthday, May 22. Coincidence or intentional, you be the judge
I'm really laughing now ALSO MORE NEWS; GARTH APPEARED ON THE FEBRUARY 28 1998 EPISODE OF SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE. THOUGH HE NEVER MENTIONS ME DIRECTLY; WHEN ON WEEK END UPDATE GARTH SINGS HE'S MARRIED TO A MUCH MORE ATTRACTIVE LADY, WHEN IN FACT HE MEANDS TO BE SAYING HE IS GOING TO BE MARRYING A MUCH MORE ATTRACTIVE LADY (I.E. ME) *lol* ON MARCH 3; GARTH WAS ON THE TODAY SHOW. HE TALKED ABOUT ME SAYING HE MISSED HIS GIRL; EVEN IF IT WAS JUST WAKING UP TOGETHER IN HOTEL ROOM AND SEEING EACH OTHER EVERY MORNING SIGHS ISN'T HE THE GREATEST. ALSO GARTH HAD A SPECIAL CALLED IRELAND AND BACK ON MARCH 3. IT WAS AWESOME. OF COURSE :)


So you guys are probably wondering what makes Garth so special? Well lots of things. The most important reason why I like him though isn't because I could get lost forever in his deep swirling pools we call eyes; or that he has the cutest lil tush (next to mine Wiggles her lil tush and laughs, thinking "I hope people understand I'm joking") It's not that everyone else likes Garth; That he's the #1 selling solo recording artist; That he sells out concerts in record times; That he has broken so many records with his chartbreaking hits;that he is one of the most charitable singers around or even that he has beyond a doubt the best singing voice ever. What makes Garth so special is the passion behind his singing. He doesn't just sing a song; he gives birth to a story. When Garth sings; he becomes the song; he IS the song He doesn't perform; he transforms.When I hear him sing Cowboy Bill I can see myself with the group of little boys listening to this old cowboy paint pictures of riding with teh Texas Rangers; I cry along with those boys as they find their hero "lying with his memories". I feel vindication as the grown ups have to admit the Cowboy Bill was a hero. Or As Garth sings "Learning to Live Again" I feel the Anxiety, the nervousness, the pain and the fear of the main character as he goes on his date. And when Garth sings "I Don't Have to Wonder" I feel the confusion, the rejection, the hurt, the agony of realizing that my true love just married someone else; the lost opportunity; and I "feel myself go under" along with Garth. He is so soulful; such a wonderful dedicated singer. The way he sings his songs, the care he puts into writing his songs; the intrinsic knowledge of each song he has it all moves me. His words have touched me beyond comparison That is the short version of why I love Garth Smiles
